At Chemical Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original tags back on the garments and secure them in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
